By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from us. These may include appointment reminders, treatment follow-ups, and important health-related notifications. Message frequency may vary.

 

3. Opt-Out and Support
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages, except for urgent healthcare-related messages if required. For support, you can reply "HELP" or contact our office at 415-981-2020.

 

4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier's plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred for SMS messages.

 

5. Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and will only use your mobile number to send healthcare-related messages. We do not share or sell your personal information. However, SMS communication is not encrypted, and there is a risk of unauthorized access. For confidential information, we encourage direct communication via phone or email.

 

6. Service Availability & Limitations
SMS messaging is provided on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times due to technical issues or carrier restrictions. We are not liable for any delays, undelivered messages, or message failures.
